Hendrix Enterprises
Hendrix Enterprises rents office space, warehouse space and retail store space. Our group of buildings are called the Bronze Plaza and is comprised of ten buildings located in the heart of Clemmons, NC. We lease approximately 100 large and small offices which can be used for office, warehouse and retail businesses. We also have office space with storage and loading docks. We offer up to 12,000 square feet in one building.
We have buildings on Lewisville-Clemmons Road which is the main business street in Clemmons, NC and is convenient to the Winston-Salem area. Signs for most businesses can be placed on our Bronze Plaza signs located on Lewisville-Clemmons Road to help you market your business.
Our buildings are conveniently located within walking distance to doctors' offices, dentists' offices, hair solons, and restaurants and fast food places, specialty shops, grocery stores, repair shops and Staples Office Supplies.
